Refund policy

Item Condition
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within fourteen days of receiving the delivery using the "Contact Us" option. In the case of shipping damage, please refer to Section Damage Due to Delivery Accident and notify us immediately.

 

Return and Exchange Restrictions
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- Returns and exchanges resulting from customer errors (e.g., due to a product misselection)
- Requests made more than fourteen days after delivery.
- Items that have been used.
- Items damaged or stained by the customer. Including but not limited too damaged, lost, stained, or discarded boxes or instructions.
- Items that have been processed or repaired by the customer.
- Sale items.
- Items that were specifically ordered for the customer by request.

 

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases of returning a defective item or a wrong delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.

 

Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please inform us within fourteen days of receiving the delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and promptly arrange for a replacement or exchange. Please be aware that replacement or exchange requests will not be accepted after fourteen days from the receipt of delivery.

 

Damage Due to Delivery Accident
The responsibility for accidental product damage after dispatch rests with the customer. While we take great care in managing, storing, and delivering our products, if you receive a package that is damaged or soiled, please follow these steps:
- Open the box and inspect the item's condition before signing as the recipient.
- If the item is damaged, mark it as "Refused by addressee."
- Request the local delivery post office to prepare a "Damage report."

 

The "Refused by addressee" item will be unconditionally returned to the sender, and the "Damage report" is essential for processing the claim once the item returns to us. Please report shipping damage to us using the "Contact Us" form.

 

Replacements for Damaged Items
After inspecting and accepting the returned item, we will send you a replacement product.
