THE THREE ANVILS, hereinafter referred to as "we," operates as a service-driven company guided by the principle of delivering not just the physical items but also their intrinsic end-to-end value in a customer's experience whenever assistance is needed.
We recognize our responsibility to consistently deliver high-quality service, earning the trust and confidence of customers. Furthermore, we acknowledge the significance of safeguarding personal information entrusted to us by customers, business partners, and employees, and we are committed to upholding our ethical and legal obligations to protect this information. To reinforce customer confidence and societal trust, we have established this "Privacy Policy."
We communicate to all our employees the strict adherence to this policy to ensure the proper handling of personal information. This policy also extends to specific personal information (personal information containing an individual number).
1. Scope
To establish, implement, maintain, and enhance our Personal Information Protection Management System (PMS) concerning personal information used in our business and operations, we define the PMS's scope by assessing the organization's structure, understanding stakeholders' needs and expectations, and considering interfaces and dependencies with other entities.
2. Purpose of Privacy Protection
Aligned with the Policy, we establish the purpose of privacy protection in line with privacy requirements, risk assessments, and risk mitigation results across relevant groups and levels. We convey this purpose and systematically work towards achieving it.
3. Risk Management
We define and execute a systematic risk assessment process to identify personal information used in our services and operations, mitigate privacy protection risks, and handle personal data safely, securely, and appropriately. Through assessment criteria, we screen, analyze, and assess risks, and implement proper control measures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. Our efforts extend to compliance with relevant laws, preserving economic trust, and safeguarding individuals affected.
4. Unintended Use
We acquire, use, and share personal information of customers and employees only as necessary to fulfill the specified purposes in our services and operations. We take measures to prevent unintended use, including enhancing our internal control system and formulating and disseminating internal regulations.
5. Compliance
We adhere to applicable laws, government-established guidelines, and other related regulations concerning personal information, as well as requirements under laws, regulations, and contractual agreements with customers and external organizations. We also conform to voluntary control standards, keeping these documents up-to-date.
6. Privacy Protection Framework
We appoint a Chief Privacy Officer responsible for personal information and establish a privacy protection framework to ensure the smooth promotion and operation of the PMS.
7. Complaint Consultation
We promptly and appropriately address complaints and inquiries regarding personal information or specific personal information.
8. Continuous Improvement
To maintain compliance with the Policy, we engage in monitoring, measuring, analysis, evaluation, auditing, and corrective actions related to the PMS's implementation, continually striving for improvement.
